THE VALIDITY TIME OF REPORT AND RENEWAL

Since the date of the capacity report being regulated,  is valid for 3 years in the case that the amendment request  by the company is not made or the change is not established by the rooms.  The renewal request must be made several months before the validity time is over by taking notice of the warns by the rooms.

 

In the case that the informations in the capacity report  change,  the renewal of the report is important in terms of the problem not being  during the bureaucratic procedure.

The end time of the contract defines the validity time of the report  if the machines in the report is on rent (including the leasing) and the rental contract time is less than 3 years.
If the machine Rental Contract time is less than 1 years for the capacity report on the date of application, the capacity report is not prepared.
